The children's author David Walliams parted ways with publishing house.
Acclaimed young adult author and entertainer David Walliams is no longer with his longtime publishing house, the company has said.
An official for the company stated: "Upon deliberation, and under the leadership of its new CEO, HarperCollins UK has decided not to publish additional books by David Walliams."
It has been reported that the move was reached following an investigation into allegations of questionable actions involving women.
The publisher declined to specify the reasons for its decision, stating: "We do not comment on internal matters."

His bibliography includes over four dozen titles combined, including a holiday title called *Santa & Son*, which was published by HarperCollins last autumn.
From Screen to Page
His career breakthrough occurred on the TV sketch series *Little Britain* and has been honored with National Television Awards for his duties as an arbiter on *Britain's Got Talent*.

This development follows the appointment of Kate Elton as HarperCollins UK's new chief executive this past October.
