She went on: "I can honestly say I've never felt prouder about my physique and all it has experienced! Indeed my chest sits differently and my belly is bigger and more pliable - it doesn't look how it used to, but my god it produced the greatest blessing I have ever received."

Be kinder to yourself and recall you are REMARKABLE!!!"
Pregnancy Journey
Nelson, 34, gave birth to her two babies early at 31 weeks, following her announcement she had experienced rare complications while expecting.
During March, she said she had undergone a "successful" operation to avoid complications associated with the twin transfusion condition.
The condition results from abnormal connecting blood vessels within the shared placenta that causes uneven blood circulation from donor to recipient, identified as the donor, to the receiving baby, leaving one baby with increased circulation versus the counterpart.
Not long after the operation during March, the singer stated: "The condition has cleared up, the procedure worked, which is just absolutely incredible. We feel extremely fortunate to have the most amazing doctors."
She also revealed her twins were shared placenta status, signifying they share one placental organ while having their individual gestational compartments.
